Delivery is £3.95 for 1 box of 12, or £4.95 for 2 boxes of 12. We will deliver using Royal Mail
While anyone in the world may visit the site, we can only accept orders through the web site for delivery to addresses on the UK Mainland. For deliveries to the Highlands and Islands, Channel Islands, Northern Ireland and EU countries please contact us and we will provide you with a quote.
Delivery Schedule
Standard delivery is 5 working days from placing your order. If we are unable to deliver within this time then we will email you to advise. Unfortunately we cannot guarantee delivery on any particular day.
Refunds and Returns
If you need to return anything or have a problem then we would really like to sort it out with you. You can contact us by phone on 07757 891169 or by email cocoamagicclifford@googlemail.com
If you'd like to cancel your order then this policy doesn't affect your rights when we're at fault - for example if the items are faulty or described incorrectly. Under the distance selling directive (2000) you can cancel your order any time before delivery and up to 7 working days after delivery. To do this simply email us or write to us. We'll refund your money, including the original postage, within 30 days. If you do cancel then you must return the goods to us at your own expense and you'll also be responsible for the risk of loss or damage in transit so do ensure you have adequate insurance to cover the value.All chocolates are sent to you in perfect condition and we pack them to ensure they have a perfect journey to you. Sometimes other people don’t treat them quite as carefully as we do and things are damaged. If any items are damaged in transit then please send them back to us and once we receive the item we will either arrange either a credit or send you another. We will also refund reasonable postage charges to you for sending the item back.
